Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Grown Eternal jewelry! If you're not happy with it for some reason, here's how you can return or exchange it.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged:
You can send back jewelry that hasn't been worn, isn't damaged, and is in its original box with all the tags within [Number] days of getting it. If you ordered something custom-made just for you, usually you can't return or exchange it unless it's made wrong.
How to Return or Exchange:
If you want to return or exchange something, email us at [growneternaljewelry@gmail.com] or call us at [+1 551-271-5455]. Tell us your order number and why you want to return or exchange it. We'll give you a special number (RMA) and tell you what to do next.
Shipping Things Back:
You have to pay for the shipping when you send something back to us, unless we sent you the wrong thing or it was broken when it arrived. We suggest using a shipping method where you can track it and get insurance, because we're not responsible if it gets lost or damaged on its way back to us.
Getting Your Money Back (Refunds):
Once we get your returned jewelry and check it out, we'll let you know if we can give you a refund. If we can, we'll send the money back to how you paid within about [+1 551-271-5455] business days. It might take your bank a little longer to show it in your account.
Swapping for Something Else (Exchanges):
If you want to exchange your jewelry for something different, tell us exactly what you want (the name, color, and size if it has those). Once we get your original piece back and check it, we'll send the new one to you if we have it. You might have to pay extra for shipping the new item.
If Something Arrives Broken or Not What You Ordered:
If you get something that's broken or not what you ordered, tell us right away and send us pictures of the problem. We'll either send you a new one or give you a full refund, including the shipping costs.
